HAKE WRAPPED WITH CHARD

We take three leaves of chard and put them on the grill with a little oil. When almost cooked we retire. Add pepper and salt to hake and wrap with chard leaves (you can pick up with a bit of string, or foil). The top of the hake should be uncovered.
We take apart a separate sheet of chard, and along with the mushrooms, sauté it grilled with a little minced garlic and parsley and oil. With the help of a spoon, the hake is filled with this mixture (for the part that has been uncovered).
We take a small bowl that can go into the oven, put up the hake and add a little glass of white wine. Add oil, pepper, salt and leave for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
As a side dish, we can accompany this dish with mushrooms.
Recommendation: This recipe can be made with any kind of fish. Pep should also recommend you to try salmon.

- A serving of boneless hake of 150 gr.
- 3 or 4 leaves of chard without trunk
- A few chopped mushrooms
- 1 little glass of white wine
- Oil
- Pepper
- Salt
- Minced garlic and parsley
